then General Growth Properties (GGP). This experience ranged from planning & development of Bridgeland, a new 12,000 acre master planned community outside of Houston, Texas to continuing the implementation and detailing of the original Master Plan for the 14,000 acre "New Town" of Columbia, Maryland, to the preparation of detailed development guidelines and specific lotting concepts and plans for individual components of larger communities.
